Celebration December 11, 2007

SAMOSAS, FRESH GOAT, IRIO AND UGALI! On December 11, in Nairobi Kenya (DOOR-Africa), there will have a feast celebrating the first-ever presentation of 32 chronological Bible stories complete with introductions and key points to the Deaf of Kenya, Burundi, Ethiopia and Zambia!

This is the first of many major milestones for the extension of the Word of God in the “heart language” of the Deaf—Sign Language.

Samosas, little three-cornered pastries filled with meats. Irio, a seasoned puree of peas, corn, and potatoes. Ugali a favorite of Kenyans—made from maize flour and water, and varies in consistency from porridge to a dough-like substance.
