An International Leadership Team (ILT) is developing Deaf Christian leadership curriculum.
DOOR International has an International Leadership Team that includes Deaf and hearing people from several different continents. This team is learning and practicing Christian leadership skills like starting with vision, making goals, making a budget, managing teams, helping solve problems between team members, writing proposals, etc. This team is also experimenting with teaching these skills to other Deaf people. They are working together to design videos to teach this to many other Deaf people. There are many books that teach these skills to hearing people. The ILT wants to teach these concepts in Deaf culture and, of course, using Sign Language, so that there will be many Deaf Christian leaders in the future.
