An International Leadership Team (ILT) is developing Deaf Christian teaching and leadership “tools.”
DOOR International has developed an “ILT” (International Leadership Team) made up of Deaf and hearing from several different continents. This team translates hearing teaching methods and skills, as well as leadership concepts, into Deaf-friendly formats.
These teaching and leadership skills will be taught to the Deaf.
